UFC 43: Melt Down will feature the showdown for the interim light heavyweight championship between number one contender Chuck “The Iceman” Liddell (11-2-0 in mixed martial arts) from San Luis Obispo, Calif., and Randy “The Natural” Couture (9-4-0) of Portland, Ore. UFC 38: Brawl At The Hall, July 13, 2002, was the UFC’s first European fight. It played to a sold out audience at Royal Albert Hall and was one of the top pay-per-view events in the United Kingdom in 2002. The exclusive screening of Meltdown at Odeon Manchester intends to bring the popular sport to fans in a new and unique environment tailor made for the drama and action.
